Though this letter, I will hope to convey a little about myself and to show that I am capable of this position. Thank you for reading this and please do ask any questions.  [size=150][u][b]A Little About Me[/b][/u][/size] I am 17 years old. I am from the US and currently live in Wisconsin. I am still currently in school, becoming a senior this coming year. I am very active when I'm not on vacation or working. I am a manager for a large chain company, giving me the experience of supervising and managing.  Just as a quick note, I do spend a majority of my time on games but I do also like to spend time with my family.  [size=150][u][b]Reason For Acceptance[/b][/u][/size] I would like to become a Major because I have always loved the aspect of what it meant to be a police officer and what they can provide to the public. In my past, I have worked for many departments to help build experience and a reputation that will be everlasting greatness. When I was looking at joining this server for police work, it seems that it was needing some help getting started and productive. I could bring professional and initiative to work for the department and for all of its members. The kind of properties that I am looking when looking at other officers and myself is professional, respect, integrity, and responsibility.  Due to how professional I am as an officer that is sworn to protect, I would like the chance to take part of this department and help the cause to keep everyone safe. With all the troubles of gangs in the near future, I would like to lend a hand to help the people and to get more people involved. When I joined arma for the first time and joined a police department, I looked at all the players and how professional they were. They took me in and taught me many skills like leadership, shooting, driving, aviation, integrity, discipline, responsibility and other key assets that I will never forget. Ever since they shut down, I have been looking for a community that will help me grow as a person and an officer to protect the people. When I was in my first shootout, there was a hostage situation with 4 armed men. All of them I took out and the hostage was safe though my command and negotiating. Altogether, I believe I have had enough experience that I could provide help to other departments that were in need. Since I have been on multiple servers and being in command for some, I have had the experience of working with other officers and seeing how to become the best I can be. Sometimes it can be stressful but I can get the job done. The skills that I have picked up on when in other departments has taught me to listen and be responsible. I hope to bring that kind of professionalism into the department.
