[b]Reader,[/b] I am making this LOI for whatever rank you think this LOI deserves. So to start, I have already made several documents assisting several police departments. This is one of my best [url=https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1T6Xz1N2PB2yzxUVu4ug2mO6LaGergWg-YmeUd52K4KM/edit?usp=sharing]spreadsheets[/url] I have made (note that officers names have been removed due to privacy policy in the police department.) The spreadsheet shown was able to house the entire police department at its time of making which was around 180 officers in total that ranked for Officer to sergeant. During my time as a police officer I have learnt many things, one of those things is that it is not all about police chases and shootouts, but that communicating with the public and getting a good PR is a good idea and part of policing. Further more I am extremely smart with google documents, spreadsheets, slides, forms and more google items. One of my best skills is working well in a team and being coordinated, I see several officers on lots of different servers responding too heavily to a situation, I have seen 6 officers respond to a small pursuit before. Once the situation was finished I asked the officers involved in the pursuit to return to the police department. I told them what was done wrong and how they could improve on the situation, I did not transmit it over radio as it blocks other communication and is fairly embarrassing for the officers involved. My next best ability is leadership, I am very effective as leadership. Over my long experience as an officer of high and low ranks I have discovered what officers like and dislike in a command team and change my own police work to suit how they like to work and be treated. However when required I can be stern and strict to get a job done. This allows me to build a good rapport with officers so they like me and can easily communicate with me when they are being told off or think I or another member of the Police Department are doing something wrong. Additionally I am very skilled in land, air and sea pursuits, I can drive at an above average level, fly at an amazing level and drive a boat at a good level. I have also trained a few people to fly in EMS and Cop. In my opinion you could ask many people who know me on another server and they would tell you that I am an outstanding officer with great potential, a good attitude towards work and policing and a good person to work with.
